You and me, we will never be truly happy with our earthly lives. We may get rich and successful, but will sacrifice relationships or family life, or not have them at all. We may achieve family harmony, but be broke and clueless, or worse - average. Hell, even if by some lucky chance we manage to balance success and personal life, we’ll lose something else - somebody or something we really care about. Something will always be missing - something significant enough to makes us sad or even depressed. Because that is the price we pay for being special. All we can aim for is to reach the highest possible level of inner peace or even enlightenment. Because only if we’re going to be at peace with ourselves are we going to be able to face the challenges that life has prepared for the likes of us.

Is my life bad? I wouldn’t say so, things are going fine. Am I happy with my life at the moment? Not really. Would I replace my current self with someone more ordinary? Never. Because I’m so advanced.
